Review of Items Purchased in Big Bazar Maha Sale

I bought Prestige glass shelf three burner stove from Big Bazar during Maha sale in Mar 14. One of the burners have stopped working just after 7-10 days from the day we started using the stove. Our effort to reach out company number for complaint has been of no use along with Big Bazar customer care executive’s follow up with service team of Prestige company. This status is now more then one month old. It appears that sales event are being used to move sub-standard or defective products under so called discounts for name sake. If this is so from big entities like Prestige and Big Bazar than not sure what will happen to individual customer confidence in buying quality product for trouble free product experience.

Bad experience of defective product bought from a big setup like Big Bazaar. I demand Minimum replacement.
