I would like to register a complaint about your product. I purchased 1 Milton plastic bottle (1L capacity) and 1 pack (6 bottles, 1L each) from a shop in Munirka, new delhi on 5th May 2014. The problem with both the bottles is that no matter how tight you lock the cap, the water spills out of it. Initially I thought that may be it was not locked enough tightly so from that time onward I tightened the cap of the bottle as tight as I could. However the leakage did not stop and last week because of the same leakage in my bag my laptop and 1 document file was ruined.

I demand appropriate compensation from the merchants.
