I ordered online micromax canvas eg116 mobile with order number 944929727 on 14/05/14 and paid an amount of Rs.14945 through my Credit Card. It listed the product in stock that time. On 16/05/14, I received a sms saying my order has been cancelled and my amount is refunded. I called the CC and they told me that it is in stock and it might be some problem. So I ordered it again (as suggested by them) on 24/05/14 with order no. 945529077. It was in stock this time too. I received a message on 27/05/14 that my order has been cancelled as it is out of stock. I called them up and they said it is in order and if I order again, I will definitely get the product. It is still showing it in stock.

I had to place order 3 times and still I am not able to buy a mobile. After agreeing to pay, I cannot buy a phone from another dealer as I have to pay them. I rendered without a phone from 16/5/14. This has caused a considerable harm to me.

I want them to list it out of stock as it is creating problem to the customer. They should give me compensation for the harm caused.
