I have bought Reliance Jio sim on 24 aug about 5.00pm but the sim is not activated yet. But my one friend also bought the sim on the same day but he has got the message for tele verification. I contacted them 2 days ago and the operator told me they would activate my sim on same day . But i have not got any message till. But yesterday my brother also got his message for tele verification. He bought it on 26 Aug. So i contacted jio care today they told me that my complain is on their concern team . So they are activate sim of others but mine sim has in the concern team. Its been 10 days. They are saying only please wait sometimes and even dont response to our calls.
