Kent RO machine which was giving TDS of 70 has started malfunctioning after handling by their technician during repair and maintenance under AMC and is now giving TDS of 400 and more.
Till date they have not been able to control TDS. Membrane replaced by them is defective and does not last for more than 25 days. I paid for initial change of membrane in April 2012 under AMC and till date 5 have been replaced and now they are asking me to pay Rs2000 for every membrane that they replace. This way they want to loot the customer and make money for themselves. Defective membranes used by them are not able to control TDS in water. RO of other companies in our Tower are functioning fine but Kent RO has failed to give the RESULTS THEY CLAIM IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS …RO KENT GIVES YOU 100% PURE WATER
