Dear Sir, I an a cheated customer of a online website. I ordered a gift pack of dry fruits of 500 gms from www.rombagifts.com. to be delivered to my mother as Diwali gift. When I ordered the gift it said – Exclusive combination of 500 gms. Mixed dry fruits (pistachio, raisins, cashew,Almonds etc.) (gross wt.) nicely packed in a paper gift box You could go through the below link to see the description of the gift. http://rombagifts.com/productDetails/Kolkata/1574/Dry_Fruits_Gifts.htm I received the confirmation mail as per the below mentioned link from rombagifts- https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#search/rombagifts/149273cb67dd42d2?compose=1497a3bd39f63152 When I ordered the gift it was mentioned and acknowledged for the same day delivery of the product(as you could see in the link) but however it was delivered in 6 days. I ignored the fact of late delivery but to my surprise the product delivered also was not of the same description as mentioned in the site. Instead of gift wrap it was simply wrapped in a poly pack and the quantity delivered was hardly 200 gms only as against 500 gms ordered and paid Rs. 649 for the same. Also while ordering it mentioned 4 dry fruits whereas only two (cahew and raisens) were delivered. After that I wrote 5 times to the website to make good the delivery but they didnt replied a single time. Also I called them many times but each time they told to call later and then finally told to call after one week. When i called them again after one week they again told me that they would call later but I received no call from there side. My Order ID was RG1014196175577415 and there contact no. on which I called regularly was 09163271629. I want all my money back along with compensation for such bad services and also for the mental tension which I have to undergo while talking and following up with them every time. Also, its not only about a small amount of money but about the fraud they are doing with peoples money.
