Hi, I bought my sofa from Royal Oak on 22-09-2104, at the time of purchase they informed that there is one year warranty on the product and they will provide full support in case of any problem. within 2 months of purchase fabric of sofa started getting bubbles, i complained to them about the same but they are showing very indifferent approach. After several calls there technician came to my place and agreed that it is an issue with the fabric. But now they are saying it is not fabric fault and it is because of usage. I don’t understand how or which kind of usage will cause bubbles in the fabric in just 2 months. Steps Taken :
. Filed complaint with the shop. 2. Technician visited my place and shared video with them, the visiting technician agreed that there is a problem with the product, and he reported the case back to the shop 3. After that i made several calls to them and now they are simply refusing to accept the fault in the product. 4. I want the issue to be addressed, either they replace the product or give compensation
