I Madan Lal,aged 82 years, user of Mobile No.9910994885 with a prepaid connection.On 17/12/2011 you have deducted from my prepaid balance Rs.100/- on accounts of listening to music.

Please payback my Rs.100/-as I am not earning any money and I never used any of your services other than just using your phone to receive calls.

If you do not pay back my money I will go to file an FIR against your company for fraudulant practices.
