I am using bsnl 3g connection. Last year, i activated the mobile tv option and I am not able to deactivate it, I am loosing every week Rs40 and my current balance is reached negative. I am getting msg: Thanks for ur All channel Weekly renewal for Rs 40. ur subscription renews on 16/11/11. SMS unsub3g to 55447 to unsubscribe.
I am not able to deactivate by sending SMS, the number is wrong, my mobile reposts unable to send to this number.
I called ccare for the isuue. They said it will not deduct from next week.
This is worst service from BSNL i am facing.
I lost my around Rs500 by weekly deducting 40Rs.
They automatically started to to deduct, when I subscribed to this service there was no such charges for weekly subscription.
I think this is purely providers fault-they ask customer to send sms to unsubscribe the service, but that sms address is not working.
Please check into the matter and reverse the lost amount.
