I have used my ATM Card to withdraw my salary Rs.9000/- on 6.10.2010 from PNB,N G (Gobindpuri) Market ATM, Yamunanagar. But my above amount was stuck up in the faulty ATM. My a/c No. is S/B 0471000100404751. A complaint was immediately lodged in the Gobindpuri PNB Branch, and the Main Branch of PNB, Opp. BILT, Yamunanagar(where I am having my above a/c). Also complaint was lodged in the Customer Care at 12.10 AN yesterday. They told me that my amount of Rs.9000/- will be credited to my a/c within 24 hours. But I am sorry to say that till now the amount has not been credited into my a/c. Please look into the matter personally and inform me at the earliest at 09729985221(M), after credit my above amount in my a/c.
An early action in this matter shall be highly appreciated.
