dear sir,

i am staying at rohini, sector 16, new delhi.
today i went to book my rail ticket in the morning with my 1 year old baby. while booking my tickets i honestly admited to booking officer that i had jittle less money, but he can keep my tickets and rest money n give me 10min to bring money frm atm. but he litteraly threw my form n refused to book tickets. as its vacation time i also told him to alot lower berth for that also he refused. infact when i went again to the counter he asked me to give him the money first n told only then he will book my tickets. it was very insulting in front of so many people. now i want that officer shd be punished.
