I had shifted my household items from Delhi to Jaipur thru this cargo in April 2013. total goods value approx INR 2 Lakhs. I had paid INR 6000/- towards insurance also so that if any damage is there, it can be taken care of. When my good reached Jaipur, some of the items were damaged for which I asked a claim from the cargo. But till date I haven’t got any response from him. Initially he said he has forwarded my request to the Insurance company, but when I demanded the policy so that I can followup directly with the firm. He denied for the same and now he is not taking my calls also. I have written him several mails also but of NO USE. Request you to kindly do the needful.

Total Repair Cost as applicable + harassment charges if possible.
