Based on a phone call from the u/s s.s.electricals deputed one arun kumar who after a supposed repair in their workshop cherged Rs.1500 and collected the same on2/10/2013,giving a receipt from s.s.electricals.however the machine did not work after 3/4 days and inspite of many phone complaints (from phones 24453344 and 24450617 ) never turned up to make it alright.An SMS was sent on 16/10/13 to both their mobile phones given above (mostly to arun kumar ).The wet grinder is still not workable

Either refund of Rs 1500 which they had taken for repairing plus expenses iam incurring now in the absence of the grinder( which is roughly 100/- per week ) or , proper re-repair of the grinder to my satisfaction with guarantee for proper functioning at least for a month
