sir, I made booking of consignment with safe times movers and packers on dated 04/01/2014 and paid the charges at the time of booking and they promised me that your consignment will be delivered within 5 (five) days. But after 15 days till 18/01/2014 consignment remained undelivered and I am still waiting for my consignment.on several occasion company person misleads me about my consignment status.

Refund of Charge of consignment due to non fulfilment of promise to deliver on time. Compensation for mental harassment.
