I had sent a package from Pune to Kolkata on 9th December. It was told to me that it would reach to me by 17th December (max). The package is traceable and I checked that it has been received by the kolkata hub by 16th December and it has been “out for Delivery”. It’s been 3 days since the package is out for Delivery. My house is in the center of the city and their office is hardly 3 kms. When I talked to their customer care today (19th december) morning, I was told that it would reach to me by today evening. When I called back at 2 pm, I was rudely told that it wouldn’t reach to me by today, and the customer care person told that I may do whatever I can do. My WAYBILL number is 39987062. I want my package to be delivered to me as soon as possible. If safexpress cannot deliver the package to me by Sunday (21st December), they should then make arrangements for the package to be sent to Canada and they should bear the charges for the international shipment.
