I have Purchased the Spice M 5415 mobile phone today from Saholic i.e. on 21 Nov 2013 and want to lodge a complaint today itself. The phone is getting switched off automatically even the battery is fully charged. If the phones are coming faulty then why Spice is selling them? It is harassment to customers as now i have already made the payment and even if the handset gets replaced, I heard that its a regular issue with Spice Mobile with long battery life like my phone (Spice M 5415).

Is this the modus Operandi of Online Shopping Portals to sell Faulty Phones at discounted prices and then leave the consumer and the company fighting ? Saholic Must take the phone back and replace me with a new handset as soonas possible.
