I am a government servant of NPCIL, TARAPUR. I had booked TVS scooty Streak at SAJAWAT MOTORS on 17-04-2014 in the name of my wife Mrs. Archana Sandeep Tekavde. I had paid Rs.500/- in cash and taken the receipt also. But due to some personal reason I wanted to cancel the booking and take the amount back. I went to SAJAWAT MOTORS on 25-04-2014. The owner denied to cancel the booking and asked me to come later after he (the owner) calls me. I went to SAJAWAT MOTORS 9 times thereafter but he did not listened nor returned my booking amount. I have attached the CASH receipt with complaint.

I had not received my booking amount Rs.500/- and for going to SAJAWAT MOTORS for 9 times I had to spend Rs.20 x 9 times = Rs.180/-. Also I suffered due to stress caused by sense of someone cheating with me. I want my booking amount Rs.500/- back.
