Salarpuria Sattva Buildr had sale agreement with all the owner staying at ‘Salarpuria Greenage, Bommanhalli’ that they need to pay 0.45/- per sq ft maintenance charges after one year of completion. As per the agreement I am already paying those charges. But now builder has started demanding extra amount for water and DG charges additional to above mention amount. Builder is also sending threatening email to stop the DG supply if you don’t pay said amount. So please do the needful for the same. If you need agreement copy then I am ready to provide the same.

1. Ready to pay 0.45/- per sq ft as agreement. Don’t want to pay any additional demand from builder. 2. Stop sending threatening emails about stopping DG and water. 3. Don’t stop supply of DG and Water.
