This is in regards to the injustice done towards making the salary. My son has worked in the organization for nearly 2 and half months and as per the appointment letter it was stated that his salary is 5000/-. However, after speaking to the authorized person Aishwarya she said the people will get salary on the basis of target completed and these things were not documented. When I told my son that serve the notice period and leave the company. My son shlok left the company on 15th of June 2015 after serving the notice period. Now the company has paid him only Rs. 1500/- for his employment period from 27-04-2015 to 15-06-2015. These people are playing with the career of the student by not paying them their salary.

Need full salary for the work he has done. Irrespective of the company is having a job to be given to their employees. Appointment letter does not state such things.
