I went to the saloon on 14 jan 2015 to ask the haircut charge. the girl sitting at the counter told me it was “500 rs”. i went on 16 jan 2015 to get the haircut. the stylist name was raja. i asked him i wanted to change my look and need bounce in my hair but not to reduce the length but he told he would chop it off by 2 inches only to give bounce. but when the haircut was done my hair were cut really short and it was really disappointing. it didn’t seem that i got a haircut at all. the haircut was really disappointing and poor. i kept telling the staff to be careful about length of hair but asked not to be worried. Few minutes of scissors work and i found that my locks were horribly chopped off. i even got my eyebrows done from there

i want the salon to refund my payment made to them along with other charges as suitable for the poor service and bad behavior. i want compensation for the poor service and fraudulent behavior
