We have complaint about gas leakage on 12th April. Your person came on 17th and inspected the AC. He told that gas is leaking and it has to be sent to the service center. On 20th, your people came and took away the AC. Today is 2nd May but till date the AC has not been received. Every day, your person says that the AC will be received today and this today never comes. Though People say Samsung is still the best in customer service, this is height of lethargic service, when it is supposed to happen in 48 hours.
We want our AC to be delivered asap. Also, Samsung and other companies should be taught a lesson for not doing it with someone else later on. The cost of my time is INR 1500 per hour and my wife time is INR 400 per hour as being paid by our employers. Hence, we should be paid for our time at this rate only. Average 17.5 minutes daily for me and Average 10 minutes daily for my wife per day 17.5/60*1500 + 10/60*400 = 437 + 66 = INR 503 per day for our time 3 members shower + Talcum Powder + Minor time for changing of clothes and washing clothes + Washing Powder + cost of water and electricity consumed in shower and washing = INR 100 per day Till date, they have delayed by 10 days (after 48 hours service delivery promise) So, they should pay us 603*10 = INR 6030 till today and then INR 603 per day for any further delay. This is not a big amount but this will teach all the WHITE GOODS APPLIANCES companies, who have taken the customers for a ride regarding thier services. They spent crores of INR on bollywood and cricketers and other celebrities but care a damn about the real consumers of their products and services.
