I had bought a brand new ac from ezone GIP sec18 Noida on 02/05/14. at first I faced a lot of problem in installation by Samsung.I had to literally run after them to get the AC installed. During the installation, the installer broke ny window glass. I had registered a complaint with samsung and was assured thatthey will get it replaced. Nonetheless, the AC installed has some problem as its gas leaked within a week for which I again complained. An engineer visited and told that the valve was faulty and has been replaced. For a couple of days the AC colled but again the same problem cropped up Now its again not cooling. it seems that a defective AC unit has been sold to me.

I want that the AC to be replaced with a new one and my window glass to be replaced.
