On 12.08.2012 , I purchased one SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB2 from SPICE HOT SPOT, SPICE RETAIL LTD.,G-3, JSRK, SEC – 18, NOIDA, UP- vide their Bill No. Book No.CB2/97 Serial No.4830 dt.12/08/2012(hereinafter called “the seller”)- copy of the Bill enclosed . The representative of “the seller” promised me that in consideration of my purchasing the said SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB2 , one “SAMSUNG Bluetooth Headset” will be sent to my address without any additional charges . They subsequently sent me an email mentioning that the reference No. for my “ SAMSUNG Bluetooth Headset” is 661-12008.But till 01.01.13 I have not received the “ SAMSUNG Bluetooth Headset” despite 22 emails to tab2@samsungpromo.in,5 emails to CEO,samsung co and 4 emails to the executive team of this co.

The product SAMSUNG BLUETOOTH HEADSET. should be delivered immediately at Plot No.82, Sector 18, Gurgaon 122001 along with damages of Rs10,000/- for the mental injury caused to me.
