Please understand the issue , I brougt Samsanug A/C at Rathana Fan House T-Nagar ,Chennai After AC Installatation , The AC was NOT CHECKED By the installation team , but soon after installation they TOOK INSTALLATION COMPLATION SING FROM ME AND THEY WENT , AFTER WE CHECKED THE AC WAS NOT COOLING THE ROOM AND SAME WE INFORMWD THE TO Rathana Fan House T-Nagar , where we brough the AC , they informed and sent SAMSUNG person to verify, and the person came and simply told us THERE WAS NO GAS , SO WE NEED to fill the gas thEn we asked this is brand new AC unit . they told us please request declaration form for new UNIT from samasung and so we have done , now the person from samsung or aliance samsung person told us to to give a call request to call center to sansung and we done and after the person from samsung authorised agencis came ad done through check and informed us to replace AC COIL and after the replaced NEW COIL and requested us to BILL copy and singured for replacement of AC COIL and we checked AC UNIT was cooling the room after 4 day we check the AC , th issue still not solved WE CALLED THE AGENCIY PERSON , NOW THEY TELLING THEY REQUIRED TO CHECK THE AC OUTDOOR UNIT BY TAKING TO THERE SITE , OTHER WISE PLEASE GIVE CALL TO CALL CENTER WE ARE NOT SIRECT RESONPONABLE FOR THE ISSUE
WE BROUGHT NEW UNIT SO SAME WANT BRAND NEW UNIT FROM DEALER OR SAMGSUNG 2 MONTH WE ARE SPENDING TIME AND OTHERE COST
