I had purchased Samsung galaxy s duos gt s-7562 on 26-11-2012 ( Imei- 354098/05/175547/4* ) and using it regularly by January 2013. The handset is having problem that sometimes it doesn’t charge on connecting it to the handset and sometimes it shows the charging option even when not plugged to the charger and its handfree was also not working properly. I visited the service center three times and also complained to Samsung CEO office but the problem is not yet resolved. Detail of visiting is as follows- 1. Firstly visited on 11-2-2013 at Benajhabar, kanpur service center ,where they repaired it hand to hand and given me a slip for hand free as they have shortage of it and I have not got it yet as service center is closed now. 2. Problem again started after months, then I visited Govind nagar service center where they deposited the handset for about ten days but the problem was resolved for few days only. 3. Then I visited somdutt plaza service centre where they misbehaved with me saying that each n every handset of this model is having problems so I complained to Samsung ceo delhi, they again requested me to go to the service center. 4. This time I visited chunniganj service center where I have deposited it for few days, they’re Mr. S.K.Saxena (owner) told that they don’t have any instruction from ceo office. Again the problem is not totally resolved and sometimes handset doesn’t charge. This Samsung handset and their service centers had sucked me a lot. Now I want that my money is being refunded with the compensation for misbehavior , lack of service from their service centers and for wasting my time visiting the service centers 8 times else a complain against Samsung company should be filed in consumer court for providing defected handset and providing improper services
I want my product must be replaced with the product which i already paid to company else company should return my money.
