Dear Sir, My Samsung TFT is get defected on 29-July 2013. I had logged a complaint on 31-july 2023 with reference no. 8422932653. As 18 days has already been passed and TFT doesn’t get repair.I am getting a big trouble as IT is purchase before a month ago.

MY PC IS LIKE DEAD and Unable to work without TFT Monitor. I Am getting a loss of Rs. 1500 per day.

I want A new TFT with The Amount that was suffered due to Samsung.
