Purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator model No RS21HSTPN Chassis No V00143AF801836 from M P Electronics Bareilly on 21 Oct 2014. The offer included a Samsung Tab 3 phone from the Samsung. The dealer did not provide the offered gift even after repeated reminders and two months since purchase. Complaints were posted to SAmsung website on 04 Dec and 13 Dec 14. Recd a call from Samsung rep on 05 Dec with a promise that the offered item will be delivered in a week. Another mail was sent on 13 Dec however no response recd.

The dealer be penalised for false promises. Either the promised item be delivered with an apology note from the franchisee or the Market price of the offered item be provided along with 10% escalations.
