On 6october, 2014 i buy a new phone of samsung companyname guru music 2. The company has fixed its price at 1785 but the dealer i.e. Mohindra mobile world charged me 1800 which is higher than the fixed amount. I argued many times but all in vain. Moreover the bill is also with me. The thing is in the whole day how many customers buy new phones from him and he sell them at higher price.

I want you put penalty on him. And take a strict action against dealer.
