Samsung – dealy service in authorized Service Centre

I have purchased the Samsung phone S6012 [Serial No.RZ1D32SSZPY, 353378055670049]on 26.05.2013 vide bill No.2654 dated 26.05.2013 with one year warranty, but not hearing voice while connecting headset from the date of purchase of the item. Hence, I approached Samsung authorized Service Centre, Boson India Private Ltd, Fourth Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar Chennai – 600020 frequently, but they informed that due to manufacture problem, the phone could not be repaired in the service centre. Again I was approached with Customer Care (Mr.Amar, Supervisor) and in turn he informed me to hand over the product to service centre for repairing / replacing. Accordingly, I was hand over the product to the above Service Centre vide Job sheet No.4154852344 dated 04.07.2013. But, they could not repair it or replaced till date.

1. Rs.7500/- mobile phone cost 2. Interest 3. 10 times went to Service Centre by Call Taxi for Rs.1500/- as well as contact over phone to Customer care.
