Please dont Buy Samsung 3D TV 6030 40″. Its a defective product and the company is not ready to take it back. I decided to buy a Samsung TV which is 6030 40 inches 3D LED in Bangalore India. Shockingly, within 7 days of my purchase, the TV sound system started to act weird and the speakers were giving a whistling sound. We complained to the Samsung office and they replaced the TV. Even the second TV had the same problem and now the Samsung service team is saying that this is a defective product and they will not replace it. They also were very rude to my wife while I was not at home. I have the name and numbers of the service people who came from Samsung. One was Kushal Raju, employee number SA05063 and his mobile number is +91 9880481859 and the second is his team lead who was sitting at the Samsung office called Dinesh and his number is +91 9901050075. Please give me back my money and take back your defective TV set. Second, ask those people to apologise to my wife and me. I wrote to the Indian CEO desk people who called and said they will not take back the TV or refund the money
