My name is ujjal chakraborty and my contact no is 8013506554. i have purchased samsung rex60 on 10/04/2013. on 18th of oct i received a call and i found that suddenly my phone switched off. on that day i went to samsung care (mobile arena, 112, G.T. Road(S) Road Howrah-711101) with taking the phone with special care in the box that was given at the time of purchase. i have given that phone in the care and they have started the phone but i found that my display was broken i have asked them how did it happen they said i have broken the set and i reapeating on and on that i have not break the set but they are not in the mood of hearing anything and i have found they are behaving rude with me and i asked them where to complain they gave me the no 180030008282 i have called this no they hear my complain thats all. Hope you will look into that matter.

they tell me to repair the display which i want to be replaced free of cost because it is under warranty.
