I had purchased a notebook on Nov 16 2013, for my brother, after few days I came to know that the DVD writer is faulty, the system time clock was not working properly and what more to say now the motherboard have crashed because of overheating. To add further to miseries the receipt which I had received had a wrong product no. (JAKS98FD1X2F6FN is written but it should be JAKZ98FD1X2F6FN as informed by Service Center)
