Hard Disc under warranty was given to service center for repair/replacement. Its been 5th time hard disc were submitted for repair; but every time it was followed by same consequence of being faulty. Also written mail complaint were sent to them every time on submission which were also ignored. Also when tried calling to their center; always there is no response or its goes unanswered. Its been 6 months since consecutive complains to them have been following but they are least bothered to resolve them
I want them to replace my Hard disc with a new and proper working one at the earliest without wasting more time and money and also repay money i have wasted for travelling and complains.
