I have visited Future Retail Home town on 26,04.15 and paid advance of Rs.45095.00 for purchase of a fridge ( service report attached ) technician came for installation and demo on 29.04.15, after opening the carton technician found that fridge is demaged in bottom and in front side. he asked me to get in touch with Dealer from where i have purchased it. after this i am calling future retail ( complaint number – 5121640 and samsung complaint number – 8474125609. future retail is telling that replacement can take more than a week. samsung is telling if you want we can replace gate it will solve you front damage issue but you need to bear with bottom damage for ever. As I have been telling them that my family is not able to live in new place we have shifted on 26th of April because you have delivered damaged product and not replacing it timely. I am not in position to give you 5-7 more days, that you have told me telephonic ally. I need any of following action from Future Retails or Samsung without further delay; 1. Get this fridge connected till the time you give me permanent replacement. 2. Give me standby working fridge till the time you give me permanent replacement 3. Return me money so that I can buy another fridge.
