have purchased a refrigerator on 03/03/2013 Model number: RR191SCCASE and serial number: 08564ZAD201469 (Attached bill), But this month 4th I given a complaint my refrigerator is not working 5th the service engineer has came and they said your freezer was damaged you have to replace, he said freezer will not come under warranty it is chargeable I said ok then 7th the service engineer Mr.Rizwan has came replaced with new freezer and I paid 3330/- Rupees for that. That time I asked the service engineer now everything is ok no problem? He said no problem sir you can’t face any problem. After two days again my refrigerator is not cooled again I given a complaint same guy was came he said the compressor is not working you have to replace a new compressor also he said for changing a compressor he will charge 4000/- rupees. I shocked why I need to pay money for compressor, actually compressor having 5 years warranty still the compressor in under warranty? Then he is telling some stories whenever changing a freezer compressor also should change. I heard that word first time in his mouth, he never said before changing or after changing of freezer After that I called so many times Samsung costumer care everyone is telling we are forwarding our technical team but there is no action was taken.
I need to change a new compressor and my fridge will work with out paying any charges,because fridge is under warranty.
