Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I was Purchased one Samsung core phone from your dealer on 8th oct 2013 from ahmedabad gujarat. Facing below mention problem in the phone from the day one. 1. Phone Heating from the first phone call. 2. Phone Heating at charging time. 3. Phone heating when running any application. 4. Battery life is very short. I was submitted my phone on 14th October (with in 6 Days)at Disha service Ahmedabad my bill number is 4161328438. They opened phone in front of me. Next day they said your phone has been repaired. I don’t want repaired phone in 6 days time. I want replacement of new phone. After Several discussions with Samsung team members we have not reach on any solution. Some of local officers are misbehaving with us as well. They are only talk in favor of Samsung. This is request for replacement of my phone.
