Product information mobile phone – samsung galaxy grand gt-i9082 s/nlcid720js/2-b purchase date – 2013.10.04 subject * faulty performance of samsung galaxy grand ever since purchase resulting in loss of valuable confidential data and contacts stored on my cell phone & unethical after sale service by service center at allahabad up *dear sir/ madam, i had purchased samsung galaxy grand gt-19082 on 04 oct 2013. ever since the performance of the cellphone has been faulty. i deposited the phone at the service center at allahabad- center: 0003393728, care & care services pvt ltd. 14/18, lbs. marg , civil lines,allahabad (up) on 11 jul 2014, while the cell is still in the warranty period. despite repeated request my hand set has not been repaired / exchanged. 10 days have elapsed since then, the service center tells me that the motherboard is faulty. i am forced to launch a complaint in the consumer forum because of totally unethical after sale service by company like samsung. it is disgusting. i have lost valuable confidential data and contacts stored on my cell phone which was priceless, however i wish to claim rs 50,00,000/- as compensation from the company and want my cell phone replaced immediately by the company. i m ready to accept samsung galaxy grand 2 in exchange, if required. lt colonel raheel ishrat. p-9, hasting road, lane no.2, new t, allahabad (up)
