Samsung galaxy – headphone jack issue poor response

I Purchased a phone Samsung galaxy note 3, within a month of purchase the phone has headphone jack issue, so went to the service center (D.G Mobile service Nerul ,Navi Mumbai)they re installed the new software and said the phone is fine, but it was not, so I told them, this service center again took the phone and after more than a day when I called to inquire then they said that the motherboard has to be replaced. Is’t their duty to call the customer to inform them or is it the customers duty as they are hooked by buying a phone worrth 44,000/- Now their customer service team which is in Delhi say that they cannot replace the phone instead replace the motherboard , in short they will repair the brand new phone. and expect me to use it without raising an issue. To the worst their executive Sandeep Singh Senior Executive – Customer Experience spoke to me in a manner which was not customer friendly it was as if he’s calling for a credit card recovery. He was not at all concerned about my issue he was going on over the phone in his own world as if he was high .

I want Replacement of my handset as I cannot accept a repaired phone which I could have brought from a used phone market. They have to change the motherboard the main component of any phone, this is no ordinary issue. What extended warranty can they give me because i don’t have faith in their product anymore
