Hi I bought Note 3 on April 20, 2014 and the next day heating problem issue started in my phone. These gyuz are so bullshit that they are saying do not play games, use your phone in safe mode etc…I have spend my hard earn 45K and i can’t even use my phone as per my choice. I went to the service center and they said heating issue is not a big deal its common. Phones below 15K like Moto g, nexus, spice etc are not getting any heat issues…but this 45K phone which is so powerfull is facing these issues and we as a customer need to suffer so much. My daughter picked up the phone and said this is so hot. Screen is getting hot after using the phone for 2-3 minutes. While playing simple games it started creating heat at the back. Samsung has taken my money and has given me a faulty product, and even not giving me a replacement….it’s not even a week

Samsung replace my phone asap else i will get in touch with the media and show your real picture on the TV….facebook…..Poor service, worst product…will never buy samsung product for sure. I’m going to the service center (Sec 14 gurgaon) for the last 4-5 days and they are not helping.
