The said Cell phone was purchased for Rs. 31,500/- as per Invoice No. 12-13/01127 DT: 22.05.2012 with a One Year Warranty. However to my surprise the said Cell Phone started giving technical problems (echo from the speaker) and I approached the said vendor viz., “Prime Collection”, who suggested that to eliminate the ‘Echo Problem’ a new Sim Card be installed, which I readily complied by purchasing a new Sim Card. That although having installed a New Sim Card as suggested by the said vendor viz., “Prime Collection”, the said problem of Echo continued. I had no alternative but to approach the said vendor who advised to contact Samsung Authorised Service Centre “ KAISER ELECTRONICS “, Sitaram Bldg., ‘A’ Block, 1st Floor, Unit 20/A, Above Peekay Wines, Crawford Market, Mumbai – 400 001 I handed over the said handset in 1st Week of January 2013 to the said Authorised Service Centre who kept the Cell Phone for 4 days. I took the delivery of the said cell Phone from the said Authorised Service Centre after the same was duly repaired by replacing some parts. After few days the same problem existed so I again visited the Service Centre on 11/03/2013 but in vain. Helplessly I visited the said vendor “Prime Collection” and informed him that the problem of Echo still persist and requested him to either resolve the matter and/or to replace the Defective Cell Phone. The said Vendor asked me to surrender the defective Cell Phone with Written Request Which I complied with and surrendered the cell phone with Written Request on 25/03/13 and the same copy was marked to them on their Mail ID on 26/03/13. That after continuous follow up with the said Vendor I was given back the same Handset with the assurance that the problem is rectified and there is no need for replacement of Handset, which subsequently found out to be mere false assurances.
I Want the Defective Handset to be replaced.
