i was purchased samsung galaxy core 2 newly launched phone on 16th from second day of purchase problem stats overheating..call drop..is become part of it..even front panel lights are not working..company has 7 days replacement warranty…and m eligible for it
if s/w issue last their within 2 days of purchase then its nt a cx fault…within 7 days its totally a cx choice whether he ready for s/w up correction or not…bt company is not ready to taken this back and going out of its commitment…and apart from this samsung cx care manger mr. sudhir okhla service center saying we have 50k phon cx also…and your phone is just of 12k so don’t accept much from us…above all i got call from samsung that plz don’t install antivirus, games and heavy videos on this phone..cozy this phone is not compatible with all these thing i.e use it only for making phone call bullshit hv i purchased 12k phone only for making phone calls…samsung cant justify s/w issue within 2 days of purchase…they are taking us fools as a cx..bt they don’t know v as an Indian r not fool..they have launched 12k dabba only..
I don’t want this model at all..i m ready to take any other model but not core 2…they had harass me mentally very much…i want strict action against floor manager and samsung India…also money back with interest
