I purchased a Samsung galaxy S4 on august 2013. 3 days latter i strated facing the heating problem. i was also not satisfied with the battery life of the phone. I went to the samsung customer care at Laxminagar, Delhi letting them know about the problems i was facing in my new phone and i asked them to make a request for replacement of phone to samsung but they denied. all the did is formated/updated my phone. I placed a complain on Samsung toll free helpline number. The problems nver finished. Again after few months i went to the Customer care asking them to replace my battery which was in gurantee period because the battery gives a very bad backup but they denied saying that the battery is good. Spending my 9-10 hours in college i used to use my phone very less and eventhough the battery used to reach at a minimum level. till now i am facing the heating problem and worst battery backup. now the problems are further added. it hangs a lot, the charging manytimes take longer time than expected. network gets lost. complaining to samsung was not worth nor giving a bad feedback to the customer served any help. The owner of customer care of samsung, laxminagar is very rude in approach, so i preferred not to go there again. Heating is not everyday issue but it heats a lot compared to other phones with same duration of talk time or other things.
I want the phone get replaced. No repair. or i want a refund.
