This is pushpendra kuntal from mathura .I hv bought a mobile samsung galaxy s111 phone from mathura ,after a very short duration of time it started to give the following problem 1-It will get heat during charging 2-some time it will not support its own charger 3-It will never able to connect with my laptop. 4-Almost at least two or three times it get hang in a day. 5-It will get hang when Bluetooth is getting on and then it will get off and restart automatically. I hv brung that one times to your custumer center of mathura but there is no perfect resolution of problem .Ihv call on you number but no resolution .its my last mail to you other wise i will knock the door consumer court for the resolution .. thanks pushpendra kuntal
