Hello there,I’m Prashant Agawane from pune.I brought Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile on 20th jan 2014 for Rs.35,000 and have suffered from so many problems till date. I have visited samsung service center for many times.They have replaced my phone’s motherboard, for thrice they have updated software and now they are asking me to replace the battery. As my mobile comes in warranty they are doing this all for free but I’m not satisfied with this as I have to travel 12 km every time for visiting the service station. so I asked them for replacement of whole unit.Mr.jha (customer manager) asked report from the service center manager from where I got my mobile serviced.The manager might manipulated Mr.jha for his self job safety.so they are not giving me proper solutions. Please help
