Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile – 15% Cash Back not credited

Hello I have contacted Samsung support several times. I have not received my 15% Cash back which was supposed to be credited by last on 5 dec 2013 on Purchase of Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile on 14 sep 2013. Please help me in getting Credit back my account asap Account Statement and receipt have already been provided to them twice via email from general support. Every time i call on Contact support i receive a response we have escalated to our Seniors but Seniors never come up on call when asked to do so. Reference Number 8460304734 was also provided by Harsh Nagpal & Nivedita & Gaurav singh from Customer support provided the same response “we have escalated to Seniors” but no response from seniors yet. I need my cash back of 15% of the amount i paid as i purchased that item because of that offer only on 14- sep-2013. Also, I would like to get back my money that i have wasted in calling them for proving their offers
