i bought SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB-2 on 6/7/13 worth rs.15000.after using for 20 days,i found it totally dead.So i deposited it on samsung authorised service centre namely wave telecom 0n 29/8/2013 with assurance of delivery within 10 days.after due time when i went to that center i found it closed.I again went 3-4 times but i found it closed everytime.Then i called SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE.they assured me to do the needfull but i got no help till date.I am still not able to get my device back after wasting so much time and petrol for searching for it.
i want my device back as soon as possible or get refund of my money with expanses of going repeatedly to get it back.
