on 15-10-2013 i have purchased one tab samsung galaxy tab3 T211 Tablet , white Wi-Fi, 3G, 8 GB from flipkart online services but till date i have visited samsung service centre 3-4 times regarding software issue, my calling tab turned into non- callying i.e i am not able to call, Wi-Fi is not properly connected, videos not downloaded properly,my tab is processing slowly, very very disapointed with the product. for the Tab i have paid 16250/- but the satisfaction level with the product is nil. i was betrayed by the flipkart and by samsung company. my hard earned money get ruined with all this procedure. please do justice with me so that these companies will not betray the customers in furture.
I want my money back as i have totally lost the faith on the company because several times i have visited to their service centre but they said nothing but software issue and not attend properly over my complaint. Please do justice with me within a span of 2 months serval times my Tab showed discrepancies and during my hour of need i am not able to use the equipment tehn whats the use for technology.
