I had bought a Galaxy Y Duos mobile from Flipkart.com on May 08, 2012. Bill Number OD20508110131. Mobile Serial Number : RZ1C42ZY57Y(352272051666898) In September 2013 it started showing and issue.Battery was draining completely in 10 hour. I replaced the battery.It didn’t solve the problem. Then I gave in Samsung Authorized service centre – Telnet Services, No.1, Opposite To Indian Oil Petrol Bunk, 1 st Cross, 6th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore – 560034, on 11-11-2013 They updated software and declared as problem solved and collected an amout of Rs.165/- from me. Next day I found that the problem still exists and it was worse. Battery was draining in 6-7 hours. I registered a complaint in Samsung website : http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html. Complaint number : 8459588037 I didn’t get any response. So I took mobile to the service centre again. Told them that the issue is not solved and they told they will check again. Bill no: 4163722158. Next day I got call from the service centre telling that there is an issue and they need to replace the mother board and it will cost me Rs.3000/- I asked them if they can repair the mother board without replacing the entire hardware.They told, it is difficult for them to do the chip level debugging there they do only replace mother board. I told them I don’t need that and asked him to refund the money which I paid for last service as it was not useful. He didn’t agree. I called to Samsung customer care toll free number and explained the problem on Noverber 21, 2013. After that they had called me and tried to explain that they can not refund the money. I didn’t agree and then they didn’t call me again. In brief these are my issues 1. No refund has given for the first service they had done which was not useful 2. They are not ready to provide the service for the part, instead they want to replace the entire hardware which is expensive I humbly request you to kindly do the needful against it

Refund of Service charge they took because it only made problem worse. Chip level service of the mobile phone which is less expensive compared to mother board replacement or replacement of the mobile phone
