I have purchased samsung grand II Duos on 2nd February 2014.problem started With my phone’s processor just after a week of purchade. Phone is getting hot while getting charge or while using the internet. I have visited twice customer care center at laxmi nagar but there approach was casual. First time they just updated the software and problem was not fixed. I again visited the center on 08.03.2014 and they dealt with me in the same way. In spite of saying that problem is with mother board or AC DC they just updated the software and handed over the phone to me. I made complain with customer call centre twice but they are also taking it casually. They are just wasting my time vis a vis not serving as expected. Request you to provide me solution

i want either my problem to be fixed on a proper basis or phone to be replaced. Further proper action should be taken against samsung as they are not providing after sales service. After sales services is very poor of samsung mobile. They just want to make fool of customer. Its just waste the valuable time of customer
