On 26th September 2014 i have brought my samsung grand neo i9060 from samsung smart phone cafe new brainchild communication pvt. ltd. . but from 8th October 2014, i have problem with the mobile. tower problem . no tower is there in my mobile. i complain in new brainchild communication pvt. ltd..mr. niraj told me to keep my mobile for 1 day. they will take my mobile in customer care garia branch to alter my mobile. on 11th morning mr niraj told me that it will take time to return my mobile for few days . i will get my mobile on 14th or 15th.now i want to say that i want my mobile to be replaced by today 11th October evening.

i want my samsung grand neo replace by new mobile set by today i.e. 11th October 2014. please take action against mr niraj of new brainchild communication pvt ltd .
